Uh, I hope the first comment was in jest. Prozac is not a painkiller, for a start. It's an antidepressant. Ritalin? You've got to be kidding me.
Seriously, don't go past the dose on paracetamol >.< you do not want to visit someone who has accidentally ODed on that.
If you need something a little stronger, try a paracetamol/codeine preparation. If this still doesn't help, see the doc :(
