Belated CNY!

Belated Gong Xi Fa Cai!!

So how was the "angpow"/"hongbao" collection for those who are still eligible? *LauGhs*

Mine was pretty much the same as previous years, so much for all the news articles about a better economy meaning more wads of cash inside the red packets, but oh well, Mummy says one must always be contented! :)

But the inevitable question came fast and furious than compared to previous years...

Relatives: "Wow, getting prettier day by day... So, have you gotten a bf already? Faster get married so I can save on giving you a red packet...!"

My usual response would either be that I'm happily single, or that I wanna remain a child and get red packets! Or just point the finger in my brother's direction! Hahs! :P

The weekend of CNY saw the extended family bringing my dearest and sweetest granny/PoPo out for a dim sum brunch, with the "Lou Hei" of the "Yu Sheng"...

My dearest and ever lovable Granny/PoPo , Daddy dearest and my domestic caretaker of my Granny! Granny looked tired on that day, but she was happy throughout the meal, so the glum expression on her face was so random! =| I reckon its got to do with the fact that she's turning 90 this year, so undeniably she'd be tired once in a while!

Moi, PoPo, Daddy and 1/2 of Mommie dearest! :)

I know, I've over-piled on the foundation! But what's a girl gotta do when she was out clubbing until wee hours of the morning the day before? =P
(My digital camera takes over-exposed shots when the flash is switched on! Hurhur!)

Makes me realise that we really ought to and should treasure the people that we cherish and hold dear in our hearts and to never take them for granted! I remember Granny used to like tying my hair under the starry skies when I was a young kiddo...

Moi, PoPo, Third Aunt, and 1/2 of grouchy Daddy!
*LauGhs*

I've hardly have had time to sit and chat with Granny now that work's hectic, and school's busy busy too! Well, maybe cos I've too happening a social life recently, so much so that I stopped to notice how Granny has aged over the years...

I only hope to be able to spend more time with her, be it to just listen to her litter of pigs stories for the 23445475216th time, or to just be around her...

Moi Cousin, cousin-in-law and nephew!

Don't you think that my lil' nephew kinda looks like Wayne Rooney? :P

Moi, My domestic helper, Fitri, and my dearest brother!

I haven't taken a photo with my dearest darLing Brother in eons! No one believes that he's my brother because we don't look alike, although we speak and sound alike! *LauGhs*
And my face looks white-washed!! Hurhur!!! :(

Daddy dearest looking greedy in front of the cameras! :P

Apparently, Mommie Dearest seems unimpressed at how Daddy wolfed down the dessert!
*LauGhs*

Daddy, Moi, Fitri and Mummy!
(Daddy with bits of dessert bits stuck in-between his teeth! Mummy still looking unimpressed!)

Daddy insisted on taking another shot after brother commented on how weird his tooth looked! Talk about being a vainpot! :P

Mummy was a stunner in her younger days, and Ive pictures to prove it! And aunties on my maternal side of the family have commented over this CNY period of how I'm looking more and more like a splitting image of my Mummy in her younger years!

*Brother said I'd end up looking like my Mummy now when I hit 40!*

^%&^#&^^*!@!@!@

*LauGhs*

May health, wealth and smiles be all around us all!!!

And may I be the SOLO winner of the CNY toto lottery draw!
