The lonnnggg Christmas weekend...!

It feels as though this lonnggg weekend has been far too long, rainy weather aside, most nights have been chilly and breezy, which reminds me of the weather of London, forever rainy and dreary...


Christmas this year was a blast, not just about the partying itself, not because of the pressies that I have received thus far, or anything material... It warms my heart alot to know that I have friends that do really care with their heart, and the sms-es and calls of greetings do let me know that I am really loved and blessed! :)

A quick re-cap!


The longg longg weeknd prior to Christmas was amazingly filled with activities, and first up, Brownies and Cream with Dearest Fadhil and ELi from Junior College days playing hosts! It was amazing to be the sole representative there from my class at the event, for another friend whom was invited was away for holidays in AussieLand. So being the lone rangers of our representative classes, eUnice and I were enjoying our lil' chats for I haven't seen my deaRest eUnice in eons ever since my Forever Young birthday party!


We chatted for quite a while before we were interrupted by FadHiL's classmates from his secondary school days, and I have to say that I was flattered by the attention and the compliments from FadHiL's friends, although I sensed that sleepy eUnice was just getting plain bored... It's amazing how some people try to impress but somehow or the other make a terrible impression instead! The harder that particular person tried, the more unimpressed I was! :P

The brownies were yummi-licious and the random idiot (whom we decided to name John after the event itself) who walked into the very private party and helped himself to all the brownies when he was a total stranger!! Tsk Tsk! Singaporeans! Where are your manners? :(

The lot of us whom stayed right till the end with the hosts to help clean and pack up!

We then made off to Starbucks at Shaw Towers nearby for some more random nonsense, and I must say that it was fun just chilling with new-found friends and friends from Junior College! My deaRest eUnice and I then decided to cam-whore for we were starting to get bored! FadHiL then decided to join in the cam-whoring fun and made the entire lot of us LOL-ed! You can see why... ... :P

Apparently, I dunno if FadHiL did that for fun or he was just acting cutesy! :P

We tried taking another picture one more time and both eUnice and I were distracted; Only FadHiL smiled for the cameras normally...! :P

Finally! Just the 2 of us! With the lovely door-gift of a stalk of rose! :)
eUnice and I were convinced that FadHiL just spoiled the entire lot of pictures! *LauGhs*

As eUnice had an event for work the next day, we left the remaining gang of lovely people by the Starbucks outlet while we walked to the train station over girly chats, just like when we were 17 year old girls! :)

I bade goodbye to one of my deaRest girlfriend and I do hope that she liked her Christmas pressies! :)


I then went to meet up some of my friends for some clubbing fun at St James Powerstation! :)
I bumped into a very old friend whom I haven't seen in eons! I was just as surprised to see him just as I think he was surprised to see me! *LauGhs* And since pZ didn't feel that comfy dancing around in a dress that sweet-looking... I hid in the Ladies' room and changed like Superwoman!

The boys whom we were with thought that they were drunk when they saw me in a completely different outfit!! I almost had them punKed!! Darnss..!!! :P

After drinking some "green tea" (*LauGhs*) over at Boiler Room of St James Powerstation, we then decided to hop over to another club within the building, Powerhouse, for some RnB action!

I found Melvin drinking and dancing with his friend! =) It's definitely been eons since we last saw each other! Back then I remember he was shaking his legs over a longg game of mahjong over at the ex ex's place while I was busy packing and moving outta the place!

We've definitely gotta keep in touch!! (K.I.T) It's great to know that Melvin's still the chirpy and funny chap I knew when I was younger!

I totally believe that the hands behind me were placed there on purpose! But who cares? We still looked good for da cameras! :) And this was after they asked me to drink Stout! I hate dark beers!!! :(

After that, my phone's battery died on me, so I couldn't say goodbye to Melvin and Jerry for my friends wanted to hop over to DragonFly, another club within the huge former powerstation of Singapore!!

For the uninitiated, St James Powerstation was originally a power station which made way for a huge clubbing establishment in 2006, where there were 9 clubs under 1 roof! I've explored all 9 outlets thus far, and I seriously would and wanna grab a seat and enjoy the jazz music of Bellini's one fine day! That is, if the music of PowerHouse doesn't tempt me over! *LauGhs*


After a wee bit of dancing, Eric, my primary school friend, drove the lot of us down to GeyLang for supper!!

Christmas Eve 2007!

I knew I had mentioned in one of my earlier blog entries that I had wanted to stay in at home and chill over DVDs, pizza delivery and wine but apparently friends had plans up their sleeves, so we decided to go clubbing and usher in Santa and gang with some fun!! :)


I wouldn't say it was that fun, for I guess I was a lil' tired from my lack of zzz recently, plus alot of random shites happened throughout the night (Friend drunk and hibernating in the loo for close to 2 hours! Indecent proposal of 2007 thus far! {I kid you not!}, forcing back the gang for more dancing and another jug of drinks before calling it a night!, Something absolutely random that put a ear-to-ear smile on pZ's face even today!), I guess it was an okay night today... And my hair turned out hideous for it was so stuffy on the dancefloor!! But I'm glad that the dress I bought online from CupcaKe's store and wore that night drew compliments all round! *sMiLes*

(Although I must say that it might have possibly been the dress which led to 2007's Indecent Proposal thus far! *LauGhs* :P )


The only 2 miserable pictures I have of the night! The rest are still with the friend's of friend's, and I'd probably get my hands on them soon...I hope! (Cos silly me forgot what silicone skin of phones does to my phone camera's flash, so all the pictures turned out dark and icky!! So they used a friend's of friend's mobile phone's camera instead! Hurhur...! Silly me!! :( )
